Rabobank challenge and food circularity ‘Creating hospitable futures together: tackling food waste in the hospitality industry
We are happy to announce the winner of the 'Skotel Room of the Future' project. During one of the employee day workshops, Ms Marjolein Larkens presented her idea for the 'Do Not Disturb' hotel room. Yesterday, this room was officially opened. It has been designed to create a silent space, where you can really relax without distractions from the outside world. The trendy natural colours and materials of the room breathe peace and quiet. Piece of advice: Do not disturb the guests staying in that room. Want to get back in that holiday vibe? The 'Do Not Disturb' room can now be booked at Skotel The Hague.
It's that time of the year again. Welcome (back) Hotello's! Last Saturday, our first-year students checked into our Skotel! We wish you all a wonderful time, here, at the of hospitality. And to all of you: all the best for the coming Academic Year! As you may know, this year, we will celebrate our 90th anniversary, so stay tuned
Summer break is almost over and the year already started off great for all students that passed the IFT summer course. We hope your batteries are fully charged and you are ready for the new Academic Year. We are looking forward to welcoming (back) all new and current students on Monday. Do you still think of the French cuisine as the ultimate culinary experience? Think again. Do you want to discover the latest trends in Gastronomy? Taiwan is the new place to be. Last April, a group of 20 students and four lecturers from Hotelschool The Hague travelled to a special gastronomic destination: Taiwan. They describe their culinary journey in a beautiful digital magazine.

Exciting news! Hotelschool The Hague is introducing a premaster programme for our current bachelor students, together with the Amsterdam Business School (ABS) of the University of Amsterdam (UvA). After successful completion of the #premaster, students can move directly to the MSc in Business Administration at the UvA.
